Our catering salad range goes well beyond the ordinary — think roast carrot and freekeh with macadamia and tahini dressing, a vibrant broccoli and orzo with parmesan, and a tuna and wild rice with salsa rossa and capers. Rounded out with crowd favourites like Italian slaw and a hearty farfalle pasta, the range works beautifully as a spread or alongside our rolls and sandwiches.
